    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister in her answer, has touched on staffing at the universities. Out of the teaching staff and non-teaching staff, if you put them together--- I would like to find out from the Minister if she is aware that in most of our universities both the teaching and non-teaching staff tend to be from the tribe of the Vice-Chancellor. If you did your good research and went to our universities and requested that each employee at the university provides identification of where he or she comes from, you will be shocked to see the kind of tribalism that is going on in our universities. What can you do to reduce the tribal way in which the Vice-Chancellors are employing staff, both academic and non-academic?"
