    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I was trying to get some intervention on the matter. It is true that we have got Kenyans who are working in other countries but the question is: Is it in order for the Government to continue issuing work permits to foreigners to come and work in the country when we have Kenyans who can do those jobs? Some companies have gone to the extent of laying off Kenyan workers, so that foreigners can take over their jobs."
