"content": "I wish to reiterate that newly married women must not be sent back to their parents to seek authentication of their personal details. Local chiefs, elders and husbands to the newly married will be required to provide verification. This will save newly married from cumbersome method of sending women back to their parents to get their signatures. It is part of the reason the Government is giving out money for paying elders who help with verification exercise. By yesterday, Authority to Incur Expenditure had been received at all district headquarters. Those who are quick have begun the exercise."
