    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, contracting for these processes has moved quite first. More than 50 companies expressed interest. The Government reduced the number to ten. The ten companies have since been issued with tender documents which they are expected to return within 30 days, beginning yesterday, 16th August. We appreciate that the Ministry has not been consistent in providing sufficient resources, including vehicles, staff and budgetary support to conduct intensive mobile registration to reach all the eligible applicants, especially in vast, arid and semi arid areas. However, the Government is determined to help it to achieve its goals."
