    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to support and congratulate the Departmental Committee on Lands and Natural Resources for this Report. In supporting, I want to say that when I came to this House as a Nominated Member of Parliament, I developed a strategic plan, and one of the core issues in my strategic plan was mainstreaming what I call cross cutting issues which are issues of human rights, minorities marginalized by either by gender or religion, issues of youth representation, issues of people with disability and the environment."
