Could the Prime Minister indicate when he thinks this new registration of voters will start? Finally, is the issue of corruption at the Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons. It is easier for a Ugandan to pay money and get an ID card in Mumias Town than a local. Similarly, it is easier for a Somali from Somalia to get an ID than a Kenyan Somali because of the corruption at the Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons. What is he doing to curb that, especially in view of the fact that the Minister of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons is his own direct appointee under the arrangement of the coalition Government?"
