If we are to listen to what the civil society is saying out there, then there may be a time when Kenyans will have to look for angels to run the affairs of this nation. Even those angels will be fought. People will say even those angels will need to be vetted because Kenyans have come to a point of believing that anything that they see in their leadership is bad until proved otherwise by the civil society. We must rise up to the challenge and say that we can give Kenyans a law that facilitates them to have good leaders while we continue changing the cultures in this country which will take a whole generation from now. I beg to second."
