"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you will appreciate that this Question came when there was a crisis at the City Mortuary and is, obviously, maybe, overtaken by events. But be that as it may, it is still a crisis waiting to happen because the Assistant Minister is aware that the mortuary cannot accommodate the number of bodies that are taken there. Therefore, the intention of the Ministry to acquire the new cooling machines has not been achieved. We have heard that for a long time. We would like to know from the Assistant Minister whether the machines that have been procured have been installed at the mortuary. Are they in use or are they in a storage facility waiting to be installed? What is the status of those cooling machines?"
