    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the answer given by the Minister, I want to point out there that vocational and technical training in our institutions is actually the life of future Kenya in realizing the Vision 2030. When Kenya Polytechnic University becomes a fully fledged university, I would want the Minister to assure this House and the country that the Kenya Science Teachers College will be aligned to the Kenya Polytechnic University so that they conduct those courses effectively as opposed to now where they are aligned to University of Nairobi where so many courses are done and yet there is no specialization."
