Students only come for clearance and we give them support letters. We have, however, decided that we need to have a meeting with those ambassadors. I am organizing to meet the ambassadors, so that we can have one channel and during the meeting, I will invite the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The other reason why there has been erratic information to us as a Ministry is the fact that we do not have Education Attaches appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. This is something that we are proposing to the Cabinet to see if we can restore the position of Education Attaches to the relevant Ministry, which is the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, so that we can consolidate whatever we can get. It is true that we are not optimizing the use of these scholarships."
