    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to add my voice and comment on this Bill. First, we agree that this is probably the single most important Bill on the Government in the entire Constitution. It will give life to Chapter 6 of the Constitution. It is supposed to be informed by the provision of various regional and international institutions, to which Kenya is a party such as the African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption, the United Nations Convention against Corruption as well as the United Nations International Code of Conduct for Public Officials. I want to take note of some of the provisions on integrity and the exercise of public office. Clauses 8 and 9 are very new yet positive provisions---"
