    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is my name and I am very proud of it. When will the Government open its eyes and stop putting its head in the sand and deal with the political problem? As hon. Duale has said, the issue of boundaries is real. It is amazing to hear the Minister say that the Government is not aware of any boundary issues between Garissa and Wajir, unless I heard it wrongly. Is he bold enough to look his colleagues in the eye and say that this is not real? The issue of boundaries is real in these areas where 48 people can die in a day. We are going into an election that will affect this issue even more. Is he ready to take the bold step and arrest those whom he knows are behind that issue who are sitting in this House today? If he cannot, then he should instruct an agency that can do that work."
