"content": "Hon. Murgor raised the issue of mobility in the rural areas, particularly in Arid and Semi Arid Lands (ASALs). This has been taken into account and transport will be made available. Money has also been provided for transportation of the staff and materials to the distribution points. Provision has also been made for mobile registration of persons. The registration centres, as I mentioned, will be in schools and colleges in the area."
