So, if we give them unfettered power there is a very good chance that the power will be corrupted. The last thing we want here is KGB type of security service. I am very pleased to say that the NSIS I have known has worked very well. However, they must be accountable. This oblique budgeting and reporting on one line is not just acceptable. We are not going to ask them how they spend money on certain equipment in their development budget or whatever they want. What we want to know are the salaries and remunerations and other aspects.
