    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me also join my colleagues in supporting this very important Bill. The National Security Council is a very important organ in this country. As you are all aware, Kenya is a young democracy and decisions have got to be collective and be made by such an organ. In this age of internet and e-mail, everything can be done collectively by this very important organ. This decision-making organ in this country should be reflective of the Kenyan population, and do the will of this country. There is a philosopher who said that if things are not discussed for so long, so many areas can easily go wrong. At this time, we should be able to correct the past in this very great country. With those few remarks, I support this Bill 100 per cent."
