After all, there is no part of this country that is not a county. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other thing I want to point out is on Clause 14(1A) on limitation of access to information. It is important that the word “demonstrable” be added, so that we talk about demonstrable protection of classified information. The whole point here is to avoid arbitrary criminalization. Over and above that, I want to point out that security is very important for this country. It is the summation of security in all the counties that result into security at national level.
