    "content": "Finally, this is a good Bill. We have looked at it critically. I know that we will be moving a few amendments; that is both deletions and additions which will enrich the Bill. As it is, I think it was a well thought out Bill and I hope that if it is enacted, it will enhance the position and the stature of our armed forces."
