He is now seized of the matter. The matter came back to this House, and the House resolved that the bank should be re-opened. There have been Questions on this same matter, and he still says that he is looking into the matter. How long does it take the CBK to close a bank because of bad publicity and violation of the Banking Act? Other 12 banks which were penalised for the same offence have not been closed."
