While we respect your ruling, we would plead that you allow Members to ventilate on the constitutionality, so that as the ruling is given, our thoughts are included. Hear those who think there is a constitutional problem and those who may think there is none. It is only fair that we fertilise the Speaker’s mind as he gives a ruling."
