    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting New Clause 45B. Declaration by 45B. (1) A person nominated for election to a nominees for State office shall submit to the elective posts. Commission a declaration for himself or herself, his or her spouse and his or her dependants under the age of eighteen years. (2) The Commission shall issue such document as may be prescribed by the Commission as evidence of submission of the declaration to the nominees who have complied with this section. (3) The Commission may publish the contents or a summary of the contents of a declaration filed in accordance with this section, for all elected candidates and appointed State officers after they assume office."
