    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I suppor the amendment because contrary to what hon. Minister Njeru Githae thinks, it is important to declare even if you have nothing to declare. Some of us have nothing and we are very proud with our nothing. We can declare our nothing. Kenyans must know that you have nothing. That “nothing” you got it right. We are not bankrupt, but we have nothing. There is a difference between bankruptcy and nothingness. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I support. We cannot be milking Kenyans. We must declare what we have or what we do not have."
