On Thursday last week, this House was up in arms that the Government is not serious in passing constitutional Bills. To demonstrate our commitment, we have only one hour and I am keen that the business that is appearing today needs to be completed, so that these sideshows that we are introducing can become very clear to the people of Kenya as to who is serious and who is not."
