    "content": "That wording is not idle. That emphasis of the National Assembly is not idle. It presupposes that a determination of leadership of a party of a coalition of parties only arises after, and only after, the Membership of the National Assembly has been determined through an election. Therefore, the issues we are raising here are not idle matters. They are fundamental constitutional matters. This House is Hammurabi the law giver. It can intercept, stop, interfere, change or alter the course of law making at any stage, especially if the process and the path taken by the House obviously flies in the face of the letter and spirit of the Constitution. Whether that offends G-this, G-that or F-what, is immaterial. We cannot allow a violation of this Constitution when we are preparing to celebrate its first anniversary."
