    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not blame this Government, because it is fighting succession battles. Those in the Government are not talking to each other. We are, today, witnessing a Government that has civil servants in it who are engaged in politics; a Government that is creating projects; a Government that is sabotaging heirs apparent; and a Government that is trying to bring in votes from blocks. There is no way we can work with the Government when we can all see what is happening. This House needs to be given the strength to do its work, because the Government is already in a campaign mode.
