    "content": "The amendment only seeks to delete (i) which is basically the one that says:- “For a person seeking to hold a vettable position.” But (ii) says:- “For a person seeking to be registered as a citizen of Kenya.” (i) Says :- “For foreign institutions seeking documents or seeking to undertake any activity.” I think you should educate yourselves on that."
