Obviously, there is certain information that is normally channelled to the authorities when, for instance, one Mohamed from Mandera seeks to occupy public office and the intelligence service thinks that he is connected to certain illegal activities. In such case, it may be necessary for the security agencies to provide certain information to the authorities about that individual.
