    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 8 of the Bill be amended- (a) In Paragraph (a) by inserting the word “gender” immediately after the word “promote” (b) By inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c)- “(ca) coordinate and facilitate mainstreaming of issues of gender, persons with disabilities and other marginalized groups in national development and to advise the government on all aspects thereof”. (c) In paragraph (k) by inserting the words “to Parliament” immediately after the word “annual reports”. (d) By inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (k)- “(ka) conduct audits on the status of special interest groups including minorities, marginalized groups, persons with disabilities, women, youth and children”."
