    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, sub-clause (2) of Clause 78 be deleted. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, let me read sub-clause (2). This is where the Service is being shielded for appearing in Commissions of Inquiry and giving information. It says:- “(2) Except as otherwise provided under this Act or by an order of the High Court, the Director-General or any member of the Service shall not be compelled in any proceedings in a court, tribunal or commission of inquiry to produce any document or to divulge or communicate any matter or thing relating to the exercise of the powers or performance of the functions of the Service under this Act.”"
