I had an experience where, with certain women organizations and some women Parliamentarians, we had to raid the home of a woman who had been kept in the house for three months without medication for her children. The police, themselves, were part of the syndicate. So, this is very necessary and I would like to ask the Minister to allow that Clause to remain."
