I remember there was a similar incident in my constituency about ten years ago where a student went for a P1 course and after two years, when he took his certificates to the KNEC, he was told that there was a discrepancy with the certificate. What caused this discrepancy and to what extent is the discrepancy? Could some people be going to college with different grades from what they actually obtained?"
