You have said to the Member, as part of your answer that the option that this candidate has - the person known as Njoroge - is to undertake a bridging course that will bring him to the level or standard that will allow him to sit the examinations that he has enrolled for at the Coast Institute of Technology. The Member is asking you, if Njoroge undertakes that bridging course, will he then be at liberty to sit the examination without having to undergo the course all over again?"
