    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that we require your guidance, but I just wanted to clarify one or two things. Kenya is a sovereign country. We do not have foreign masters. This Government is a Government that follows the rule of law. We will follow the court orders and we have been advised so by none other than the Attorney- General himself. So, the Government must implement court orders. We have no intention of disobeying any court order. As you can see, my eyes are not shedding any crocodile tears; I am genuine. I am feeling for the depositors. As I said, I have met some of them here and they have told me their tribulations, how they suffered, how their children were sent away from school due to lack of school fees and how they lost contracts because of lack of the money. As I said, I was not there when these things were happening and this matter was brought to my attention last week. So, I am going to study all those reports."
