    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, in view of the advice of the learned Attorney-General, and since the Constitution has already spoken as the Chair has said, then we do not need it here. So, I propose that we do not have it here; it remains in the Constitution. I think that is the advice we got from the Attorney-General. The Constitution is clear and so, why do we need to legislate what the Constitution has provided? Therefore, I suggest that we do not approve the amendment."
