    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, even in the earlier Bills what we did when the documents had not been circulated, I moved by explaining in the long form. There are some hon. Members who have them and others do not have. I saw somebody who was circulating them. In the meantime, I can explain them because they are fairly simple. So, I can move it in the long form, so that we move on. The first proposed amendment is largely similar to what the Committee has moved. So, I will drop it. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2(1) be amended in the definition of spouse by adding the words “or a person with which another has been in lawful"
