    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I have a further amendment to Clause 2(2). Since the hon. Members have not received a copy of this amendment it reads as follows:- I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2(2) be amended by inserting the following new paragraph at the end “until after the first elections under the Constitution, any appointments that are to be made by the President shall be done in accordance with Section 29(2) of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution.”"
