Under the law, as it stands today, anybody can move to court, accuse you maliciously and all the cases will be published. There is no way you can stop your opponent from publishing false allegations and have them as their only campaign tool against you. So, this should be opposed. We should only make laws that can also be proved a year or two after, but not those which can be used maliciously against us."
