If we put little issues about freedom of information in all the Acts, we will create confusion. Since we have a Bill coming to the House on the freedom of information as set out in the Constitution, let us handle these issues of freedom of information in that law when it comes to this House, and not handle a little bit in this Bill, then a little bit in the next one. Instead, we should deal with it in that particular specialized Bill."
