    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, just one minute. Of course the Minister for Finance has heaped a lot of praises on the Tenth Parliament, but if there is one Government which is not keen on implementing the Constitution, it is this one. It is also not keen on delivering a new Constitution. The Bill which is coming to this House tomorrow will require a lot of time. So, when he talks about 12.30 p.m., I wonder whether he knows how much time will be required. So, I would have expected the Government – maybe I am expecting too much - to have brought the Procedural Motion saying “until the end of business” so that we do not waste tomorrow’s time by bringing another Motion to extend time. I plead with the Government, really think about amending this Procedural Motion."
