Githae to mislead the House that all the positions that are being vetted have security of tenure yet he knows very well that even Cabinet Secretaries are going to be vetted? The Attorney-General was vetted. All these positions do not have security of tenure. As a matter of fact, when a new President comes in, it should be like the Cabinet. You come in with your new security advisor and you proceed. That is how it is in the civilized world."
