"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I wanted to say that I oppose this particular amendment. According to Article 24, the Constitution allows freedom of expression and for the citizens to do whatever they want. However, it is not absolute. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I said earlier on that we need to know what we are doing today will also catch up with us tomorrow. We need to legislate without having in mind some individuals. We need to know that we legislate for the long run. I want to oppose."
