    "content": "I know there is a further amendment by the Minister but what informed this was a situation where you can only imagine, I want us to read together the content of that particular clause and this is what is says:- “Any person who, not being a member of the Service, obtains, attempts to obtain or is found in possession of any classified information, documents, records without the approval of the Director-General (DG), or without lawful authority or excuse, commits an offence and is liable for conviction to prison for a term not exceeding seven years.”"
