It will read: “Any person with intent to aid a foreign power or commit any act prejudicial to national security obtains, attempts to obtain or is found in possession of any classified information, documents, records without the approval of the Director-General (DG) or without lawful authority or excuse, commits an offence---” That is the person we are trying to get."
