    "content": "Hon. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, please, guide us. When hon. Millie proposed her amendment, she did not prosecute. However, when you put it to vote, it was defeated. What hon. Baiya is proposing, and I want hon. Members to listen, is that we should delete “f” which says that any person who discloses any classified information to any person other than the person whom he or she is authorized to disclose commits an offence. This means that when I obtain a document to come and use it in this House, then that person commits an offence. It is a very important amendment."
