"content": "that we have the Powers and Privileges Act, which clearly, under Section 6(18), talks about what is supposed to be within the committee and what is not supposed to be released. Even there are instances where certain information has to be authorized by the President. Anything that touches on the navy, army and the air force has to be authorized by the President, as it is. We cannot legislate over what we are expected to include in the Standing Orders and, therefore, as much as I empathise with my brother, hon. Khalwale, please do not mislead this House for one reason or the other. I have served that Committee for the last five years. The rules are very clear. There are other subsequent sections that we are likely to pass. There are other sections that we have passed. They clearly demonstrate how the activities of that critical entity are supposed to be conducted."
