    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to thank the hon. Member. I think he should have stood on a point of information but, unfortunately, that information is nothing new. The point I was trying to make is that the oversight role of Parliament is supposed to be limited to - in this particular respect - to the issue of oversighting administrative matters within the service and oversighting the expenditure of the service. But if you oversight operational issues, then you are operating outside the common parlance of Parliament. I do not have to be a lawyer to understand the Standing Orders of this House."
