    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg move:- THAT Clause 69 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragragph (a) of the sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “officer” and substituting therefor the word “member”; (b) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “officer” and substituting therefor the word “member”; (c) in sub-clause (6) by deleting the word “officer” and substituting therefor the word “member”; This is just to address the issues to do with consistency and relevance and how some of the terms are used. Again, there is consensus."
