    "content": "Clause 78 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “anything done bona fide ” and substituting therefor the words “any lawful act done in good faith.” Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, again, here it reads:- “(1) The proceedings shall not lie against the Director-General or any member of the Service in respect of anything done bonafide in the performance of the functions”--- Therefore, the word “ bona fide ” has different interpretations. So, we felt that we should replace it with “any lawful act done in good faith.”"
