    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, on the second one, regulations made under subclause 1 shall not take effect until the regulations have been approved by the National Assembly. The Committee on Delegated Legislation is required to do so. So, when any organisation makes regulations, it will eventually end up in Parliament through this Committee. I support the amendment."
