    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 16(1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (7) be amended by inserting the words “or a public officer” after the words “a State officer” wherever it appears . This is just a simple thing to net everybody who may be involved in duties of the State, so that they do not misuse their offices, and the law does not target the Members of Parliament and leave out the rest."
