    "content": " Because classified information is always stamped “CLASSIFIED” in Government. That is true. Secondly, indeed, some classified documents may come from the NIS, but through dubious channels. In the world we live in today, we have a lot of security issues. We have a lot of security issues in this country and I would like to appeal to the House to just be cautious especially because classified information is defined in the Bill. Even the public should be protected from committing this crime. So, I appeal to the House not to make this amendment. It is very important."
